Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of PhraseQueue on supported Apple platforms. Your use of PhraseQueue is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and, where applicable, Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

1. The service

PhraseQueue provides tools for organizing sentence-practice material, playing text with on-device or optional cloud pronunciation, importing supported documents, synchronizing an eligible library between supported devices, and related study features.

2. Accounts

Some features require a PhraseQueue account authenticated with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account used with PhraseQueue and for activity performed through your account.

3. PhraseQueue Pro subscriptions

PhraseQueue Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same Pro entitlement for their respective billing periods. Prices are shown by Apple in the App Store purchase interface and can vary by storefront, currency, taxes, or Apple's pricing updates.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account at least as required by Apple's subscription rules. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment credentials. PhraseQueue provides a Restore Purchases function for supported prior purchases.

Deleting a PhraseQueue account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple's subscription-management interface.

4. Free and Pro service limits

PhraseQueue can apply account-level service limits to cloud pronunciation. The current product configuration provides a monthly cloud-pronunciation allowance of 5,000 new characters for Free accounts and 100,000 new characters for Pro accounts. On-device pronunciation is not counted against the cloud allowance, and previously cached cloud audio does not need to be synthesized again merely because it is replayed.

Reasonable technical or anti-abuse limits may also apply to protect service availability.

5. Your content

You retain responsibility for text, documents, and practice material you import into PhraseQueue. You should only import or use content you have the right to use. PhraseQueue does not claim ownership of your practice material.

6. Availability and changes

PhraseQueue may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Cloud features depend on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be available without interruption.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse PhraseQueue or its cloud services, attempt to bypass account or quota controls, interfere with service operation, probe protected infrastructure without authorization, or use the service unlawfully.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

PhraseQueue is a learning and productivity tool. It does not guarantee a particular educational, examination, immigration, employment, or other outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
